This years’ dinner will feature food from local Chefs: Chefs Won Kim (Kimski), Iliana Regan (Elizabeth), and Abra Berens (Granor Farms). Dessert from Sacred Serve and No Denial Foods, and an open bar featuring libations from Whiner Beer and more!
This year, we will be honoring one of our market vendors, Ste Martaen, for switching to all compostable materials, and the frequent circular economy collaboration between two of our partner businesses, Closed Loop Farm and Just Ice.
Event will feature a silent auction. All proceeds support Plant Chicago’s mission to cultivate local circular economies.
