SOLD OUT! Kombucha Brewing 101

This event is officially SOLD OUT! Stayed tuned for the next workshop in May. 

Join Matt Lancor, Founder and Brewer of Kombuchade (fellow tenant of The Plant) for this 1.5-hour workshop on kombucha brewing! Participants will learn everything they need to know to start brewing this delicious, probiotic beverage at home. Everyone will go home with a SCOBY, starter liquid, and a Kombucha 101 recipe to jump start your home brewing.

There will be home brewing kits available for purchase ($59). This includes a 1 gallon glass fermenter, tea steeper, cheese cloth + rubber band, organic tea, and organic sugar.
